Löffel's Landhaus

On the one hand, there is the unmistakable history of the almost 200-year-old property and the unique potato dishes from the country house kitchen that make this restaurant special. The absolute special feature of the menu is the "Eifler Schnitzel", one of many in-house creations, in which a wide variety of ingredients such as high-quality meat and fish specialties as well as vegetarian delicacies are packed in freshly grated Eifler potatoes and fried in pure rapeseed oil until crispy.

In the quaint quarry stone walls of the former farm there was a puppet theater at home, on which the original theater stage still stands today indicates. The cottage garden is located directly on the medieval city wall, on one of the few preserved defense towers of Münstermaifeld and serves as a terrace in the green in the warmer months of the year.

The historic vaulted cellar has become a further highlight thanks to modern interior design and, among other things, the backdrop for special gastronomic cultural events. Because Loffel's Landhaus is the scene of poetry readings, individual music concerts, and also the starting point for culinary city tours of Münstermaifeld.
